By completing our online booking form you agree to our tearms and conditions. Once your booking is complete you will get an email from our online booking partner confirming your booking, please check your spam as the confirmation email can end up there. For all bookings we require a credit card capture. If you do not receive an email this may have ended up in your spam/junk file or your email address may have ben input wrongly. If you do not have a confirmation email you do not have a booking with us. Unfortunately due to a large number of no shows we have had to make the decision to take a credit/debit card capture to hold all bookings. No money will be taken from your card UNLESS you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, fail to show for your booking, or turn up with less in your party than you have booked for. We reserve the right to charge £25 per person if this happens. If you turn up to your booking with the amount of people you booked for no money will be taken from your online card capture. More information can be found within the terms and conditions you agree to when making the booking. By making a booking you agree to these terms. Please also state if there are any dietary requirements or intolerances the kitchen needs to be aware of, as we can not accommodate all dietary requirements without prior notice.
Group bookings Terms and conditions:
Terms and conditions for all group bookings:
- if the booking is canceled with less than 48 hours notice the card provided to secure the booking will be charged at £25 per person
-if when you arrive for your booking with less people than the booking is for we will charge a £25 per person drop in numbers fee to the bill at the end of the evening.
-grace period of 10 minutes, if there is no one has arrived 10 minutes after your due or we haven’t received a phone call to let us know you are running late, we reserve the right to cancel the table and charge your card.
